Meeting Photos - 2022
December 6, 2022
Our December meeting was a holiday celebration with games, prizes, singing, food and drink. We had an ugliest Christmas sweater contest, a marathon singing of The 12 Days of Christmas, a White Elephant Gift Giving Table, and our Cup and a Quarter Raffle was expanded with some great quilt books. Fat Quarter was yummy with MANY holiday goodies led by a spectacular tray of petit fours. |

Sue Cook was our in-person speaker. Her topic was Paper Piecing which allows us to gain accuracy in shapes that would be difficult using other methods. Sue joined us for a workshop on Saturday, November 5. Check out Sue's amazing designs at http://larkspurlanedesigns.blogspot.com In addition, The Stencil Company had a pop-up shop of bargain-priced fat quarters set out for our spending enjoyment! |

May 2022 In-Person and Zoom
The appetizer was Stack and Wack which Stacy combined with the meeting topic as we all dried out from the heavy rain. On Saturday, May 14, there was a Stack and Wack workshop along with an impromptu Quilt 'n Wilt. Stacy's main topic for the meeting was alternative ways to set your quilt blocks: String of Beads and Circle of 9. |

April 2022 In-Person and Zoom
The many ways to use and attach buttons was our appetizer. As always, Stacy comes up with great ideas! The program, "Orphans & Scraps" was presented by Renee King. Renee shared her method of separating and storing her scraps and then how to use them in various quilt projects. She showed some of her quilts using only small scraps and they were amazing. Renee also told us about her support of the Navajo Quilt Project. |
